1. Introduction
1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how Omnyx Corporation ("we", "us", "our", "Company") collects, processes, stores and protects user ("User", "you" or "your") data when accessing and using Omnyx Wallet through the mobile application, website, and other interfaces provided by us (the "Platform").
1.2 By accessing, browsing, registering or otherwise using the Platform operated by Omnyx Corporation, a company registered under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (registration number 2184082, registered office: Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands), you confirm that you are familiar with the purposes and methods of collection and processing data and agree to them.
1.3 The Company is aware of the importance of privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains:
− What data do we collect and why;
− How we process and store data;
− Your rights regarding the collected data;
− In what cases and with whom we can share data.
1.4 If you do not agree to any of the terms set out in this document, please stop using the Platform.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Types of Data We Collect
2.1.1 We follow the principle of data minimization. When using the Platform, no personal data is collected or processed within the meaning of personal data protection legislation. In particular, we do not process information such as name, email address, phone number, payment details, nor do we have access to users’ seed phrases or private keys.
2.1.2 When using the Platform, we may collect and process only anonymous technical and behavioral data, including:
− Device properties: type, model, operating system, application version, interface language.
− System metrics: application launch time, download duration, technical errors and crash reports (crash logs).
− Platform events: application launches, navigation between screens, button clicks, number of transactions on a particular network (excluding addresses and amounts).
− Locally stored user settings: selected interface language, display currency, wallet name, account nickname, and user-generated notes on transactions or addresses.
2.2 How We Collect Data
2.2.1 We receive data in the following ways:
− Data provided by the User locally: selected interface settings (language, currency, wallet name, account nickname, comments on transactions or addresses, etc.). This data is stored exclusively on the User's device and is not transmitted to us.
− Anonymous technical metrics and events: automatically collected using built-in analytics tools. Such data includes behavioral events inside the application (for example, launching the application, navigating through screens, pressing buttons), device system parameters (type, model, operating system, application version), as well as event properties (for example, the number of transactions in a particular network without specifying addresses and amounts).
− Crash and technical error reports: They are automatically generated in order to increase the stability of the application and improve the quality of work.
− Access to blockchains: The Platform uses the infrastructure services of RPC access providers to perform transactions and interact with blockchain networks. The transmitted data is limited to necessary technical requests and does not contain any personal data.
3. Use of Data
3.1 The data collected is used exclusively to ensure the stable operation, security, and continuous improvement of the Platform’s functionality.
3.2 The collected information is processed strictly for the following purposes:
− Technical support and platform development: identifying and resolving errors, assisting Users in troubleshooting, enhancing the stability and performance of the application, and optimizing its overall operation.
− Analysis of anonymous events and technical metrics: gaining insights into how Users interact with the Platform in order to further improve the interface and user experience.
− Preservation of User preferences: storing interface language, display currency, wallet name, account nickname, and user-generated notes on transactions or addresses.
3.3 All information processing activities are strictly limited to anonymous technical data required for the operation and improvement of the Platform.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 We do not store Users’ personal data on the Platform. All information related to the use of the Platform — including private keys, seed phrases, and wallet settings — is stored exclusively on the User’s device and remains under their full control.
4.2 Only anonymous technical metrics and error reports are processed by the Company. Such data cannot be used to identify an individual User and is utilized solely to improve the quality, stability, and performance of the Platform.
4.3 Since all data related to the use of the Platform (including private keys, seed phrases, and wallet settings) is stored exclusively on the User’s device and is never transmitted to us, ensuring its protection is entirely the responsibility of the User. Please note that no digital system can guarantee absolute security; therefore, Users must independently apply appropriate measures to safeguard their devices and data.
4.4 To enhance security, the Platform enables Users to apply additional protection methods on their devices, including:
− Setting a password;
− Biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID);
− Graphic key.
5. Use of Cookies
5.1 The Platform may use technical cookies and similar technologies. These files are employed solely to ensure the proper functioning of the service and to store user preferences.
5.2 Cookies do not contain or transmit Users’ personal data to the Company. Upon logging out of an account, all saved settings are deleted from the database and are not subject to further processing.
6. User Rights and Data Control
6.1 User Rights
6.1.1 Since the Company does not collect or store Users’ personal data, most of the standard rights related to personal data (such as the rights of access, rectification, and erasure) are not applicable.
6.1.2 Users retain full control over their data because:
− All private keys, seed phrases, and wallet settings are stored exclusively on the User's device;
− When you delete the app or log out of your account, the data is automatically deleted from the device;
− The user can independently delete or change the local data at any time.
6.1.3 Users have the right to opt out of analytics collection (anonymous technical metrics and crash logs gathered through third-party services) by disabling the corresponding permissions in the device or application settings, where such functionality is available.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
7.1 The Company reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time in order to reflect changes in legal requirements, our data processing practices, or improvements to the Platform.
7.2 Users are solely responsible for regularly reviewing this Privacy Policy to remain informed of any updates or modifications. The Company does not provide individual notifications of such changes.
7.3 All changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on the Website, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
8.1 This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, the parties shall first endeavor to resolve the matter amicably through negotiations.
9.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the British Virgin Islands for final resolution, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
