Troubleshooting โ€‹

Even with a simple, safe wallet like Omnyx, issues may occur.
This guide covers the most common problems and how to resolve them.


I restored with my seed but see a different wallet

  • You likely created the original wallet with a passphrase (25th word). Restore again with the same passphrase.

I donโ€™t see my token

  • Check if itโ€™s on the whitelist; if not, add as custom with its exact contract.
  • Confirm youโ€™re looking at the correct network (e.g., USDT on Ethereum โ‰  USDT on BSC).

My transaction is pending for too long

  • Peak network congestion or too-low fee. Consider speed-up (RBF/same-nonce) or wait. Industry FAQs cover long-pending transactions and acceleration options.

Why does my balance differ from an exchange?

  • Price sources and update intervals differ across services. Your on-chain balance is the same; fiat equivalents can vary.

Where can I see past transactions?

  • Omnyx shows the previous transactions for each selected address directly in the app.
